Communication was smooth from booking to check-in/out. Our view from the room was exceptional-thanks for making my husband's birthday a special one!. The team decorated the room with balloons and my husband luckily received two complimentary cakes (on check-in (my mistake for not informing them earlier) & on his birthday)-really made him feel special 😊 There was always a variety of choices for breakfast which we both enjoyed! The Marina really came alive at night. Walking to JBR was within 30 minutes or less where we enjoyed the drone show and walked to Blue Waters via the bridge from JBR. Dubai Marina mall was at our doorstep-restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, waitrose etc Ideal location - we would stay here again! Thanks for making our 1st stay at the Dubai Marina a memorable one ❤️

Location, rooms, facilities fantastic, would definitely stay again and recommend to others. I would particularly like to mention one of the staff members called Jamal, he was working serving breakfast and his attention to detail was very impressive. As an example, at one point I had placed my morning medication next to my coffee, somehow Jamal noticed this and brought me a glass of warm water for me to take my medication with. I saw him do these little things on many occasions and he just seemed so friendly and most important genuine.

Everyrthing. The travel agent rep. on the property, Anman, she was very, very kind, amd helpful. She was a pleasure to work with. Her advise saved our party of 7 time and money The day conscierge, also went over and beyond helpful. He located a wheel chair for my disabeled grandson . The hotel manager, on our last day allowed us to saty in our rooms until 2:00 pm. This helped out because we did not have to wait at the airport for hours. Super breakfast! We stayed there for 2 hours each of the 5 mornings we spent at the hotel.

This hotel has a fantastic location! Perfect for sightseeing or relaxing, it's close to everything you need. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. But what truly impressed me was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Solomon deserves special recognition. His kindness and willingness to help go above and beyond - he's fantastic with kids and always has a smile for everyone. He's a true asset to this hotel! Keep a good eye on him, Managers! Overall, a great stay - highly recommend.

We have celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary at the hotel. The stuff at this property were great. They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and the view over Dubai Marina was amazing. We were treated with a delicious cake and the room was beautifully decorated for our special occasion. We thank all the stuff for their loving care. We will be back.
